Open-web discovery
You seed a few places worth looking. While it reads, it notices the ones you did not name — a directory referenced in an article, a community nobody had heard of — and adds them.
See what it records →Discovers its own ground
Adds the zones it meets while reading, and drops the ones that stop paying.
Never repeats itself
Everything found stays found, so a re-scan only ever costs what is new.

Identity
A name that matches is not proof. For every find without an address, the agent searches, then reads the page as a picture and confirms it belongs to that entity rather than a namesake.
Identity check
vision
A name that matches is not proof. What fails this check is kept as a mention, never as theirs.
Audit
Not a black box that produces names. Each query, each page, each judgement and each duplicate dropped is written down in the order it happened.
Run trail
run 54
Every query, page and judgement, in the order the engine wrote them.

“A name that matches is not proof. Anything the agent cannot confirm on the page is kept as a mention — never presented as theirs.”
Governance
Discovery is easy to fake: any model will produce a plausible list of names. What a reviewer can defend is a list that says where each row came from.
What a reviewer can show an auditor
Audit-ready, pending certification. SSO, per-account roles and single-tenant deployment on request.
Why open web
Marketplaces search who signed up. Databases search what they already hold. Both are closed sets.

Questions
A marketplace can only show you partners already inside it. This searches the open web for the ones who never joined, and hands them over reviewed. It replaces the prospecting, not your partner management.
Public pages, read the way a person would: search results, store listings, directories, articles, community pages. No purchased contact databases, nothing behind a login, no health data. Every find records the URL it came from and the date it was seen, which is what makes the list auditable later.
Candidates are judged against your written criteria, identities are confirmed by looking at the page rather than matching a name, and a person approves every find before it counts. Anything ambiguous goes to a human instead of through.
Search and model calls are metered, so every deployment has caps per run and per day on queries, pages, tokens and dollars, with a circuit breaker at the limit. Everything already found is deduplicated, so continuous re-scanning only costs what is new.
Yes. It is three small processes and a database, with your own search and model keys. Single-tenant deployment, SSO and per-account roles are available on request.
What a good partner looks like, what rules one out, a few places worth looking, and the person who approves. The agent extends the list of places itself.
